By downloading, installing, or using the Location Changer - Loca Change mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Location Changer is a location spoofing and GPS mocking application for iOS devices that allows users to:

• Change their GPS location to any location worldwide
• Use joystick controls for location movement
• Share GPS coordinates
• Simulate route movement
• Save favorite locations

3. Permitted Uses

You may use Location Changer for legitimate purposes including:

• Privacy protection and location anonymization
• Testing location-based applications during development
• Gaming and entertainment purposes
• Educational and research purposes
• Accessing geo-restricted content for legitimate reasons

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Location Changer for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Bypassing security measures or terms of service of other applications
• Stalking, harassment, or threatening behavior
• Any activity that could harm other users or third parties
• Commercial purposes without proper authorization
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Location Changer, you are responsible for:

• Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respecting the terms of service of other applications and services
• Not sharing your account credentials with others
• Keeping your device secure and updated
• Understanding that location spoofing may violate other apps' terms of service

6. Privacy and Data Collection

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Location Changer is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Location Changer Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Map services for location display
• Analytics services for app improvement
• Payment processors for in-app purchases

These third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.

11. In-App Purchases

Location Changer may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions for App Store purchases. We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases except as required by applicable law.

12. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

13. Updates and Modifications

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or other reasonable means.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Entire Agreement
